Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Holystik Care caregiver, you may assist clients with:
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders (non-clinical)
- Mobility assistance and safety monitoring
- Transportation and errands
- Supporting independence and dignity at home
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome caregivers who are:
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Committed to person-centered care
- Excellent communicators
- Able to follow care plans and agency policies
- Passionate about helping seniors and individuals with disabilities
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior caregiving or home care experience
- CNA or PCA certification
- Experience with seniors, dementia care, or HCBS programs
